In the UK Mr Huzaifa was brilliant supportive throughout 10 10 In SAUDI Mr Noor Khan subagent for Elite Umrah responsible for booking hotels in Makkah and Madina In SAUDI Mr Bilal subagent for Elite Umrah Responsible for arranging your transport from airports to hotels and Ziyarat So so bad stressing serviceMy Umrah package includes Flight from UK Gatwick - Doha -Jeddah All went good untill I got to Jeddah we got in touch with Mr Noor Khan sent us the taxi driver Number what mad us uncomfortable is the fact the taxi ask us if we get stopped by the police to say that he is a family not a taxi service and there was the last time we heard from THE Mr NOOR KHAN NO Ziyarat been arranged in Makkah nor In Madinah We arrange Ziyarat in our OWN expenses keep in mind we paid for that service before hand Mr Bilal way of planning transport was always last minutes and always you had to wait and wait and wait regardless to what time it been agreed The most stressful part is on the return journey to Jaddah airport we were so worried that we may missed our flight Coz of taxi arrangement Hotels review Makkah we stayed at Adress Jabal Omar brand new hotel close to the masjid haram variant breakfast buffet 10 10Madina we stayed at Leader Muna Kareem 10 min walk from masjid Nabawi close to all shops ben-Dawood 7 10 some time u smell smoking in the corridor the room deco bit dated and need hood hoovering that STAFF r so friendly the breakfast plenty of good variety of food buffet After we arrived to UK we have been contacted by Mr Huzaifa from Elite Umrah to whom I expressed my overall reviews on the package and the fact we didn t receive all the services we previously pay for Ziyarat Mr Huzaifa sent me a voucher for free Ziyarat for my Next Umrah Which was kind gesture from him BUT
