Most of the clothes did it fit and I had to return Some pieces too snug and others way too bigThe shirt I kept is super wrinkled all the time and already stained Also my under pieces bra shows thru This is not as advertised

Just plain rude customer service
In a market where there are so many options like Elizabeth Clarke it s hard to imagine a company having customer service this terrible I purchased several items from them a while back I didn t sign up for the subscription as I wanted to inspect the quality of the items While the items were very nice in terms of quality their return policy is atrocious I needed to return several items among them a white shirt that was 60 E C emailed me to tell me that they wouldn t refund me for the shirt because there was a small stain on it When I try on clothing I am meticulous I wear no makeup and I place it immediately back into the bag and the box to return it So if there was a stain on the shirt it either happened before it was sent or sometime during the shipping process When I tried to explain this to the CS representative they were candidly rude According to a 2017 American Express study 33 of customers won t return to a company after just one bad CS experience and I certainly won t be giving E C another chance unless they really make it clear that they treat customers well

I ordered a wrong size as can t return it
I ordered a wrong size Within minutes of placing the order I contacted the company and asked for a correction They said they don t have the ability to do it snd I needed to receive the items snd then exchange them I received the items Nothing fits One size is too small the other size is too big I can t return them for refund I can return them for credit What sense does that make if I m between sizes for their business model and one is too small and the other is too big I am a little over the 30 days from placing but just at the 30 days for receiving You count mail time That s unfair I m out 300 It s also unfair that it s full blown Covid and I ve had a family member die funeral on Wednesday and I can t even travel to attend I have never heard of counting the mail time and it tookThem 4 days to initially answer my question excuse us we re short staffed for Covid But the death in my family due to Covid doesn t count technically in my mind I m within the timeframe You don t count mail time and it took 4 days from the date of my initial return question You want grace given tkYour company for Covid but none is extended to me

The only thing worse than the fit is the customer service
The fit is terrible and it is not priced for the quality The customer service is even worse My shipment was delayed and when I wanted a refund they refused I could only get more crappy products Save your money and time Don t order from here

This company is extremely shady
This company is extremely shady I signed up for their seasonal box through Groupon Little did I know that they charge you 3 months before the seasonal boxes go out That is right For 3 months they will hold your money hostage without actually sending you a product They will also refuse to refund you and will credit it to your account on their website so no matter what you try to do you will not get that money back even though they sent you 0 product yet

Beware of fine print- it will cost you
I agree with other reviewers that this is a shady company I recently cancelled my 330 subscription They bill in September and don t send the merchandise for months I asked to cancel and they did however now I have a stupid credit to use This is incredulous Instead of telling me to keep my subscription in place they cancelled it and now I have to spend the money there anyways Also when you try to return something they hide the refund button so if you don t know how to find it you will be stuck with a credit or an exchange I have had six clothing subscriptions This is by far the worst and the most expensive Beware of the fine print and their sneaky ways

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I requested an exchange for an item as it was too small They held onto it in their warehouse for almost a month before claiming it was damaged refused to exchange I don t return damaged items Don t waste your time or money with this company They will steal it

Scam
They took money months in advance for subscription orders Instead of setting aside the merchandise for the paid orders they continued to sell all of the merchandise on their non-subscription site Once they were sold out the discontinued the styles They fail to notify subscription customers the products were sold out and discontinued and thus would never ship They kept the money for the orders without notifying customers of the issue

This brand sucks
I was an early adopter to this brand which meant waiting months for them to piece together returned merchandise to send to me that s what they actually said until I finally gave up and cancelled my order When I came back months later to try again the customer service was terrible - they said they wouldn t let me swap an incorrect size sent to me because it was final sale and when I was able to sell that piece second hand and ordered the correct size again I know I have been waiting over a month again for delivery with no response to my inquiries about the package It seems from the clearance sales that maybe this brand is already on the way out as they should be
