NEVER EVER AGAIN I needed to return the shows because they were much too big Then I have NEVER been reimbursed but needed to transfer to my lawyer Unfriendly customer service

Don t buy from these people

I bought two pairs of shoes that came too small and needed to return So that s when I found out that you have to pay a courier yourself to send the shoes back The customer service is rubbish as I needed to generate a commercial invoice to send the shoes back to Spain from UK via UPS The customer service haven t replied as I need their Tax ID and other info It has been very stressful and I will never buy from them again I ve never come across such unhelpful customer service and I wish I had read reviews before buying

If I could give 0 stars I would I loved past shoes but the quality has deteriorated I ordered 3 pairs online not realizing that the returns would need to be sent internationally to Spain from the US All of the pairs were either flimsy poor quality or uncomfortable I paid a small fortune to return them to Spain after which all communication from the company stopped -- they have the shoes but they have kept my 300 refund for over 2 months They haven t responded to 3 emails to their official email The company is a FRAUD DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I wish I ve read reviews before I ordered a pair of shoes about a month ago and paid for express delivery They never arrived but they keep saying they have been delivered I need to escalate this but reading previous reviews I am not sure it will turn into anything 123 gone Customer service incredibly slow and unhelpful PS in response to your reply as for now 24 01 23 I have not received a refund yetUPDATE yes thank you I did receive the refund via Paypal my apologies I thought it would show up on my card However please bear in mind that one of your operators on 12th of January emailed me the following and that is why I assumed no refund was issued Hello Once we get the item back to us we will issue the refund That is what we have requested to our logistics department We will let you know more in the near future Sincerely im leaving the name out

Rather slow response when trying to return items and the company do not provide a returns label Last time I shall be ordering from this company as the quality of their products has deteriorated too

Horrific company 0 respect for the consumers I ordered two pairs of sandals one arrived VERY uncomfortable almost unsutable to wear and the other did not They ignore you when you try to contact them do not respond to the emails DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

I purchased a pair of shoes to Canada They both charged me shipping at the time of purchase which they stated they would AND I got charged an ADDITIONAL 40 at the time of delivery to ship the shoes to my house from customs Their payment site also glitched and I was charged twice sent two pairs of the exact same shoes for yes shipping plus delivery Gorgeous shoes with supposedly great ethics but 500 for a pair of 180 shoes wasn t what I had in mind

I paid for PYN Naturashoes Hong Kong two pairs 1 size 9 for myself and 1 pair size 6 for my wife on 5th July 20 days ago No shoes - no show yet I m afraid They were summer shoes typical for good weather I think

Payment did nt work

I tried to purchase a pair of sneakers but I was nt able to go through the payment steps in the last step of verifying the card the website just crashed and had to start over but still did nt work When I reached out to customer support afterwards to continue the order at the discounted price they wouldnt help I just got some useless responses I am a long time El Naturalista costumer and the shoes are great The webshop experience and costumer service is not Would not want to purchase from the online webshop again
