I booked an apartment with El Salvador Stays through Booking com Everything seemed fine at first but as the date approached communication became a major issue Despite multiple attempts to get information about the apartment we received no helpful responses neither through booking com s messaging system or the What sApp number provided at the time of booking They assured us the booking was fine before asked for screenshots of our booking Once provided they went silent despite having the money Thankfully we were able to cancel within the free cancellation period and secure another place Had we not done that it could have ruined our holiday I wouldn t recommend this company based on our experience
