I have been waiting for my shoes for 7 days I still haven t received my order

Poor GLS service

Working shoes sent quite quickly Unfortunately carrier delivered it to another address After calling GLS few times with various results customer service finally found them on another street and luckily people there were kind enough to keep it for me I tried to get some help by Eltens hotline but didn t succeed at all as we are busy at the moment answer I could hear eveyrtime I called Poor delivery company with even more poor cs and hotline which doesn t work made me frustrated and angry because instead of enjoying new working shoes I wasted my time calling all un helpfull services
