WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
I ordered a jacket a couple of weeks ago which was damaged when it arrived zip was broken and the seam was torn open the quality is super poor it smells like plastic and toxins I sent pictures to the company straight away and requested a refund Just how the company offers in their return guidelines on the website days and weeks went by till someone finally got back to me I was asked to pay the delivery back to CHINA instead of sending me a return label It s been 4 weeks now in total and I still haven t received one this is the worst online shopping experience I ve ever had and I wouldn t recommend anyone ordering sth from this company
