Very disappointed with the Bella pants

Very disappointed with the Bella pants they are nothing like they looked on line the material is horrible really wide leg not like the tapered and cuffed pants worn by the model The sizing is completely wrong I ordered a 12 but they are more like a 16 I would strongly recommend anyone buying from the off shore shop to read these reviews before they purchase I wish I had Returns are very difficult for obvious reasons

Scammers

I received my order Not suitable Contacted them Sent back at great expense and did everything they said I emailed them 10 times over ten months asking for my refund They always had an excuse Now it is nearly three months and I just went to email them again and the emailing address is no longer SCAMMED I am so peeved off

Received order and very cheap nasty fabrics Won t wear One advertised as 100 cotton but was 100 polyester Did not look like they did on website Thought was buying out of Auckland but is actually China Both items awful and too expensive to return so will chalk up to experience Will not ever buy from them again Do not recommend

This company is a scam Bought 2 dresses Really awful so sent them back to China Cost 34 to have parcel tracked Now 4 months since I returned dresses Heaps of emails to Emma in and the products can t be found I wanted refund of 134 NZD but no one cares Don t buy from this place They lie to you and it s not even based in Auckland like the website said

Bad counterfeits

I wish I had found these reviews like the others stated The item over 70 was absolute rubbish Nothing like the picture not the same material even a VERY BAD counterfeit and VERY poorly made Very costly to return and even if I did prior reviews don t look good for crediting any remaining refund ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Absolute joke that they advertise dresses looking sleek and elegant and give descriptions about soft breathable fabrics - then finally 3 weeks later your polyester crappy dress arrives which is NOTHING like the photos or description Sooooo disappointing and it s not like the prices are cheap - even with a supposed 50 discount DO NOT GET SUCKED IN LIKE I DID Steer clear I have ordered a lot of things from sites like Temu and SHEIN and the prices and quality are a million times better than this Absolutely gutted at such a misrepresentation and rip off that this site obviously is Don t know how they can sleep at night ripping thousands of people off every day

Watch out are also marketing under the names of Ellenue-Auckland Ellenue com and more recently Style Harbour I had to Block all 3 on Social Media as they messaged me via Style Harbour telling me to take my negative review down as I was obviously mistaken and they didn t like this kind of shab on their reputation their words I reported all 3 to FB and yet they do nothing These scammers are constantly setting up and advertising on social media platforms using new names

Hard to give even 1 star as like others thought it was from Auckland Advertised as 100 cotton is 100 polyester nothing like pictures No address to indicate return has to go to China until finally getting return form Offered 15 off next purchase then 20 then 30 and eventually 60 after 6 emails saying I want refund We need to spread word and I will definitely be using this site to check reviews in future Charity shop gets the items too expensive to return Lesson learned Shop local

Ordered quality orthopedic leather shoes at half price plus shipping Order arrived about three weeks later from Hong Kong Absolutely nothing like the shoes advertised Extremely poor quality vinyl not orthopedic and no memory foam soles Emailed for refund but got many emails back offering discounts instead of refunds Eventually received the return form and the address is No 2 Freight Elevator west side of 3rd floor etc China Postage not refundable Likely a drop shipping company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
