It s unfortunate but getting paid in the construction industry can be more of a challenge than the work itself As a subcontractor navigating new industry changes such as GC s claiming unconditional releases are required prior to payment it is helpful to have access to legal remedies Fortunately Emalfarb Law has been that recourse for us and has significantly helped our company work through some of our more tricky payment situations on projects Thomas is always available moves quick and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful We are grateful to have him as a resource Thank you
