Super Job EMA many thanks
EMA responded promptly and efficiently to our first enquiry regarding the transfer of an elderly relative with dementia and other health issues from one side of the country to another This gave us the confidence to book with them rather than their competitors and we are so glad we did Michelle in particular was super helpful phoning with regular updates prior to the date of transport and then during as did the two very kind ladies who looked after our relative through the journey The pick up the journey the delivery all went off very smoothly Thank you EMA super job

Easy to book excellent Transport

Excellent From the moment I spoke with EMA regarding ambulance transportation for my elderly mum to a nursing home I experienced efficiency courtesy and kindness The quote was sent to me very quickly The ambulance crew were wonderful with mum and kept her engaged all through the trip I was so glad that I made the decision to use EMA Truly professional from start to finish

Totally amazing
Had EMA transport my parents from Dorset to Lincolnshire Outstanding from start to finish From making the booking to meeting the crew it was clear I d made the right decision using this company Helpful is an understatement Michelle in the booking department was amazing and well the three person crew totally fantastic kind helpful and full of fun one hundred percent recommend this company

Michelle was simply amazing
Michelle was simply amazing It was very difficult for me to arrange transportation for my mum to take her from London to Bournemouth as I reside in Australia However Michaelle made it easy painless and efficient Mum was over the moon with the staff interaction and is now safely at the home of my choice Thank you Michelle - you are an absolute lifesaver

EMA transport to a wedding
EMA transport supported us in getting my Mother in law to our wedding They were prompt with the pick up and made my anxious Mother in law feel at ease They were also really relaxed in giving her some extra time to say goodbye to us before taking her back to the hospital
