No customer service Messaged 3 times and emailed 2 times and no reply This is a scam site in my opinion

This is such a scam I tried to cancel my subscription BEFORE the trial period ended and the confirm cancellation button is NOT WORKING on any device or browser As a result you charged me 60 CANCEL AND REFUND ME
