Ember Home - a place of unbounded joy and inspiration
A wonderful shopping experience from start to finish I saw a beautiful coffee table on the Ember Home website I wasn t sure whether it would work in my lounge because of the size weight and colour compatibility with other furniture I rang Ember Home and spoke to Rav one of the owners He recommended I send over photos of the room and furnishings so he could understand the setting As I m reasonable local - about 40 minutes drive away he suggested I might like to bring photos with me to the store since the table was on display Rav was so helpful He challenged my perceptions about space and colour and I decided to go with my heart Decision made table purchased Deliver was very fast too Five days later Rav and his colleague personally delivered my table With loving care they unpacked it and placed it thoughtfully in the space It s perfect They even brought little felt pads to place under the feet so I could slide the take easily if I needed to move it I ve bought several pieces of furniture from Ember Home in the past and I ve never been disappointed Each piece is unique bringing unbounded joy and inspiration Thank you Ember Home

Couldn t be more pleased
I found some great chairs that were exactly what I was after however my address was outside Embers delivery zone The staff were brilliant and organised the delivery via one of their trusted couriers and the chairs arrived on schedule really well wrapped and in perfect condition Excellent

A little issues with the initial
A little issues with the initial delivery however ember effectively arranged another courier to get my item out to me at the earliest without any inconvenience I got a little reimbursement for the trouble caused which I was happy about and most of all I am In love with my piece it sure is stunning and unique

Lovely dining table and bench and great team
We had a dining table and bench from ember home The whole team throughout the entire process was very professional and supportive It didn t feel like they were just after the money and didn t care after the sale We had to exchange the bench and it was a smooth process to do so Great store beautiful stuff and great team as well
