They ghosted me after I paid them

They ghosted me after I paid for my order I paid for an order on the second of the month and sent in all the details and paid that day I explained that my order needed to arrive before the 20th because I needed it for a promotional event This was understood before the payment was made I didnt hear back for a week until the 9thx when I was sent a mockup photo that was extremely bad and unprofessional looking It wasn t even on the right kind of garment that I ordered I was told I had unlimited revisions and I suggested what I needed changed The next day I was asked for some details including measurements which I sent on the 11th January 12th I asked when was the latest we could approve the mock up for me to recieve the item by the 20th it was read with no reply A few days later I asked if there was a reply with my order they aren t even opening the messages Today is the 19th they are ignoring my messages and phone calls The price was already very high for a single sweater at 130 and they didn t even attempt to create or deliver the product
