From start to finish a lovely time was had by all Afternoon tea in Queen Victorias carriage was a delight The atmosphere at the station the helpfulness of the staff with elderly customers the stories of the renovation of the carriage the lovely plentiful food served en route a beautiful ride through the countryside and the company of the Queen herself We were amused

Just took my wife daughter and grandson on the polar express what an amazing experience from start to finish all performed by amazing friendly staff and just like the film I would thoroughly reccomend this experience to anyone
