It started badly because I thought I were was always courteous as I had occasion of ringing several times

It started badly because I thought I was buying our tickets from BA and it turned out that I was dealing with a travel agent and not BA whom I had just finished giving all my card details Had I just been scammed I was in a panic Horrified I rang BA immediately who assured me that it was their tickets that I was being sold Throughout this panic Emenac my agent was Yahya politely kept reassuring me that they were a genuine agents of BA Yahya dealt with our bookings courteously and efficiently In fact the whole team was very professional and courteous as I had occasion of ringing several times In this age where every thing is online and automated it was very good to be served by a respondsive human Excellent company thank you Yahya
