Our small business has been using emerchantpay for over 12 months Set up was fairly seamless and well supported No issues good email communication from them whether that be issues they are having or system downtime bank holiday impacts settled payments into account Rang their customer support today re access to our account and they couldn t have been more helpful namely Ivelin Hristov Rang me back as our call was disconnected explained what he needed to do his end which involved another area Said he would send a reset password link in an email and further info in another and that he would ring me back again to make sure I d received the emails and could then log in - and he did Excellent service thank you
