Poor quality for high price
I seldom write 1 5 reviews but as the answers to my legitimate claim were made in bad faith they deserve it I bought a luggage from their online store and was surprised that it worn-out after a single use The prices are pretty high but in the end it s very poor quality luggage I sent photos to their support but they replied me that it was normal then that it was the airline fault then that I should have protected the luggage for the flight Even if they are sold by a German website these are Asian products to avoid at all cost
