If they lose your shipment they will never compensate you
They lost a shipment for me at the British address The shipment arrived to them by Amazon and all the papers and the tracking number were sent but they continued to procrastinate Likewise a shipment from America arrived to me incomplete She was stopped by customs What I concluded from this company is that if they lost a shipment to you they never compensated you I filed a complaint against them with the Consumer Protection in Dubai and I am waiting for a call from them I say beware of this company

horrible experience Scam
horrible rude customer service a scamThey marked my face cream as a dangerous good This was a joke I told them to remove this and they made some stupid excuse saying the cream has ingredients are sodium hydroxide Cetearyl alcohol and other chemical compositions of oxides Most face creams have these ingredients They charged 45 dirhams extra in handling fees just for it all to arrive in one box thrown together Scamming and ripping customers off this way is unethical Would not recommend

They mishandle shipments and do not admit to their own mistakes Despite paying for extended liability they refuse to pay for any claims and come up with all sorts of excuses I would not recommend Emirates Delivers as the service is unreliable unless you want your goods to arrive damaged and causing you a big loss

A Mixed Bag Experience
Initial Impressions My first experiences with this shipping forwarding service were unproblematic leading me to continue using their services with confidence However as I became a more frequent user several issues began to surface diminishing my initial satisfaction Issues Encountered Package Condition On one occasion I received a package with a wet stain at the bottom which had seeped into the items inside Despite the stain appearing fresh and likely occurring during transit to my address my claim was dismissed on the grounds that I hadn t opted for a liability coverage option This response was disconcerting as it suggested an additional fee was required for the assurance of basic service quality Lost Shipments The company once lost an entire shipment of mine contributing to my growing concerns regarding their reliability Invoice and Shipment Delays I frequently faced issues with updating item values and uploading invoices with many being rejected This often resulted in shipments being put on hold with a action required notice leading to delays Such inefficiencies were particularly problematic when I had time-sensitive deliveries such as for an event rendering the purchased items useless due to their late arrival Handling and Packaging As a collector I value the condition of the items packaging Unfortunately the company s staff often packed boxes haphazardly to maximize space causing damage to the packaging Even when I paid extra for special handling instructions the execution was inconsistent While it worked once after I made a follow-up call it failed on another occasion resulting in damaged boxes Conclusion The service provided by this shipping forwarding company is at best inconsistent While it may suffice for non-critical shipments its reliability and quality control are questionable The service feels like a gamble with outcomes ranging from satisfactory to completely unacceptable The necessity to pay additional fees for basic assurances like proper handling and liability coverage further detracts from the overall service value In summary if reliability and item condition are priorities this service may not meet your expectations

Unreliable and incapable of safely
Unreliable and incapable of safely delivering expensive products without damaging them Furthermore Mounir Mraich from the EKD Care Team has no idea on how to really care about customers despite being part of the EKD Care Team This is the second time they have damaged the item and refusing to compensate despite the fact that I paid for Extended Liability Their excuse is that the item arrived damaged at their warehouse However even in that case it is clearly stated on their website that Emirates Delivers opens every package when it arrives at our facility Our trained login agents carefully review your purchases to make sure that they were not damaged during shipping and are legal to export from the origin country Well if Emirates Delivers did not damage it in transit then they failed to check that it was damaged when it arrived at their warehouse This obstinate and opportunistic exploitation is incorrect and their management needs to understand they will lose customers with this poor service and the attitude that Mounir Mraich has shown to their customers

Thieves- Inaccurate weighing and measuring
They will try everything to inflate the price of shipping Latest package estimated at 2cm in additional dimensions even though Fedex provided the exact dimensions less than EKD Price of shipping has doubled by using volumetric weight instead and they give you no chance to discuss or review anything All you get is template responses and excuses Do not let the Emirates name fool you The service provided is even worse the Aramex SnS which says a lot

Wrong dimensions in order to charge more
So I wanted to get a foldable trampoline that is only sold in US and UK Since this is a big item before I made an order I spoke with the seller to get the exact dimensions and weigh of the box The dimensions were 40 5x21 5x6 5 inches LxWxH and 13kgThen I called emirates delivery to check how much will they charge it The price range was from 460-560aed I placed an order Upon receiving and inspecting my order Emirates delivery wanted to charge me for 46 83kg package And this is where my problem started So I started writing them emails they always take 3-4 days to respond and every time they did no one explained anything to me They were saying how if the sum of dimensions L W H exceeds 200cm then they charge you for volumetric weight which has its own way of calculation Since I know that my package doesn t exceeds this I wasn t sure why they re even mentioning this to me No one bothered to read email thoroughly and to get to the bottom of the issue Finally after 2 weeks of corresponding with them I ve got the reply that upon inspecting my package they determined dimensions to be 41x22x19 inches hence it exceeds 200cm hence they charge volumetric weight of 46 83kg which is equivalent to 2 000aed which is 4 times more than what I expected Then I requested a second inspection of the dimensions as this is clearly a mistake and even unfolded trampoline isn t this high I waited for 10 days for them to do the inspection They came back to me with the same dimensions it is obvious that they didn t remeasure it at all I tried calling them again and explaining the whole situation once again to someone over the phone Since they provide 3 photos upon inspection I mentioned that once you see the photos it s clear as a day that one side is very thin this is the height and it cannot be 19inches This would make the box huge as width and height would be almost the same The guy over the phone understood but have pointed me to the emails as a point of contact saying that I should attach the photos from their website and also the email from the seller with dimensions of the box which I did before and explain it again After this email I waited for another 10 days and I got a call from them saying that their dimensions are correct and they checked the third time even though it s very unlikely that 2 sides are matching the sellers and only the height is way off In the end they left me with only one option that is to return the package to the seller Considering it s been almost a month since I had to check if they will even accept it So I contacted the seller explaining the whole thing I ve got a reply from them that they will accept it but that it s physically impossible for the height of the box to be 19 inches They reconfirmed this with their warehouse and said that it s 6 5 inches And said that I should request the new high resolution photos from Emirates Delivery of my box Btw I did asked ED if they repackaged my trampoline in a different larger box and they said they didn t and these are the dimensions of the sellers box For the last time I requested a new photos of the box with the measuring tape showing that is 19 inches The photos came back a few days back pointing that the height is 6 inches They finally called me and rectified it in their system I got an apology and a refund for photo request Nothing else and if I were not persistent it would ve ended differently If you ever need something bigger delivered don t ever use this company they will outright lie and try to charge you 3-4 times more No one reads emails they take forever to reply This was very frustrating experience

Poor Customer service response
Terrible response by customer service when I pointed out that the shipment had an empty box and no product inside I sent them the photos they upload showing that there as an item inside when they received it The response was about about the missing product but an upsell attempt saying would i like to purchase higher resolution photos and why don t I purchase extended liability insurance on shipments rather than the 100 normal liability insurance No attempt to help on the missing item and check if it was accidentally left in Florida just kept telling me I should purchase more insurance and higher res photos from them

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Items arrived with one part missing They conducted a thorough investigation and found it had shipped as delivered and that part was never there They unfortunately failed to look at their own pictures in my account showing the missing item prior to delivery Now ignoring my emails Never again
