poor costomer care
sometimes it takes long days to transfer fund online I informed them to cancel transfer progress after 2 days but replied not possible Also very bad response from costomer care from branches especialy Remall mall al ain If anybody try to contact them by phone it may take half an hour

Very disappointed with Emirates Islamic
Very disappointed with Emirates Islamic Bank as I tried to convert my credit card to monthly installment and I was paying monthly minimum due amount of AED 1000 But when I requested for monthly installment the agent replied saying your card is blocked and you have to settle full amount together

What a pathetic service
What a pathetic service Being a big brand they don t how to handle the customer It s been more than 1 month since I applied for supplementary cards and still it showing in the process No follow-up I am tired of this issue and going to cancel my credit card which the sales executive gave me without any information Really bad service never recommend to go with this bank

This bank has already given us enough
This bank has already given us enough inconvenience including delaying in transaction for university semester which took a month and still haven t rectified the issues and my daughter had to enough consequences regarding the same at her university Today when we wanted to purchase an item online which we wanted to get it in 2 days due to their incovenience we lost the item and the staff didn t even bother to apologize any of the time they caused the issues It was really disappointing that we had to go through this again and again

A transaction of AED 4000 was made from my account via the mobile app Surprisingly the following day the exact same amount was deducted from my account without my authorization Subsequently on the same day another transaction was processed without requiring my OTP approval I raise the complaint and no any action and very bad customer service

Started the process to add my wife as a supplementary card holder It took over 2 months for them to actually put it together and after multiple phone calls with their representatives telling me my wife was now a golden member which was recorded and captured I found out a month later as my wife was checking in that she was not gold I called EI and the first thing they asked was Did you want her to be upgraded to Gold I admittedly lost it with them and they have yet to rectify this issue Probably the worst experience I have had with a banking institute to the point of inspiring me to create a whole new system where we no longer have to be objectified to this type of institute

RIDICULOUS
RIDICULOUS Its been MONTHS I cant get access to my account and MY MONEY and I repeat IT IS MY money - get it They keep asking for the same ridiculous documents and now after months of sending and re-sending the same unnecessary and redundant documents they ask to visit the bank I am OUT of the freaking country you smart people If I could I would definitely SUE this damn bank

Please do not make loan deals with Emirates Islamic they are outsourcing people to process your loan And these people are incompetent giving false reassurance giving wrong information to client So results Its been almost 80 days my loan is still on process I have paid 3x liability letter to ENBD and paid 4x liability letter to CBD to proceed with my loan And up till now they still messed up Shoutout to Finmart solutions Hamdan branch Al masaood tower you people are And to settlement officer please feel free to join the party telling me Im Rude to everyone from the very beginning

WORST customer care team i have to wait for 25 minutes then their agent attended the call when i asked something he put my call on hold for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes he replied that he unable to help on my request done use this bank
