Do not use Stolen money EML don t care
Had my account emptied 5 weeks ago it was a brand-new card that had been activated literally the day before I filled in the online dispute forms one month later no response account still locked 600 of my money still lost to someone in another country Called EML 3 times told me to fill in dispute form told them I did They told me they can t do anything contact your employer My employer can t do anything as its A HOSPITAL and no authority to investigate fraudulent bank transactions NEVER USE EML PAYMENTS IF ANYTHING HAPPENS THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING Not sure why NSW Health is using them for Doctors and Nurses money Disgrace

If I could give -5 stars I would Terrible customer service I was told in December 2021 that they were unable to extend my gift card after the pandemic I just so happened to enquire about this at Bluewater information centre a couple of weeks back and they told me that EML were extending gift cards for 12months after the pandemic I have now been going back and forth with them and one of EML employees confirmed that they were extending gift cards but I am now too late I have then gone back to state that I am in fact not too late because I emailed them about this 3 years ago and was given the wrong information and was told there was nothing they could do when in fact I should have been given a 12month extension They could have given me 1 month and I would have been happy with that I had a lot of money on that gift card so extremely disappointed EML are scam artists and unethical

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
FRAUDULENT COMPANY This company trades for The Restaurant Choice Gift Card Please read this warning if you want to avoid losing your money This gift card doesn t work tried on several occasions at outlets it advertises it can be used on every occasion the restaurant outlet advised me the cards just don t work and when they try and swipe the card it comes up with an error message declined Called the number on the card EML Payments while in the restaurant but was advised lines were now closed Sat on the phone the next day trying to get through on the number given for 45 minutes got through to EML customer services who refused to help or answer my questions just advised me to send an email to them asking for a refund Gave no other help at all and just fobbed me offEmailed the address given to me nothing came back emailed again and then 4 days later got a generic message back stating the balance on the card and that it was active and basically said it was the fault of the restaurant outlets for not accepting itEven finished the email by saying when your next in an outlet to call them for assistance if it didn t work Iv threatened to report them to trading standards and I demanded to know who regulates them as a company and I was just ignoredIt is absolutely clear this company and these gift cards are a scam and don t work hopefully by reporting it to trading standards something might get done to shut this fraudulent company down

Shocking company and shocking customer service
I got a gift voucher in December 2023 for Christmas I was planning to spend it in December 2024 to do some Christmas shopping When I checked the expiry date on the 15th of November I realised it expired on the 14th November much earlier than expected I emailed EML to ask for an extension as I was less than 24 hours late Also the actual paper card from the retailer said that the expiry can be extended for a fee EML customer services were shockingly bad and just listed their T Cs and how this isn t their responsibility and that it is the card holder s responsibility to spend the funds within the expiration date They haven t answered my questions about how the retailer s information is misleading Don t use vouchers from malls retailers that use EML Go direct to retailers like John Lewis where there are ways to extend the expiry dates Shocking company and shocking customer service that don t even deserve 1 star

I have just had by far the worst
I have just had by far the worst experience ever with this company I placed a substantial gift card order with EML for Perx reward cards and have just discovered they have sent me cards for substantially less than I paid for for my team I have spent 2 hours today and 1 hour yesterday trying to speak with a manager I have been hung up on twice today and was assured yesterday that I would receive a call back from a manager which I have still not received We are now 3 weeks away from Christmas and I am 12500 out of pocket with now way of resolving the issue for my team Needless to say I will never deal with EML or Perx again and would strongly advise other companies to avoid using them for their team rewards

My mother uses EML salary sacrificing
My mother uses EML salary sacrificing card She was the victim of fraud through no fault of her own a random European company had been doing small tests on her account She checks her transactions monthly and noticed the test transactions and a 150 transaction None were her She s not been overseas in years and doesn t use this card online They are charging her to replace the card and were incredibly unhelpful when she tried to report the fraud and lodge a dispute They also wouldn t post or direct her to the fraud reporting dispute form Really troubling and strange behaviour

US Call Centres offering zero help
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company Their customer service is unprofessional dismissive and more focused on shifting blame than solving problems When I encountered an issue the agents were quick to point fingers at Apple and the card network instead of taking accountability or offering real assistance After being shuffled between call centers in the US and a so-called support team that provided no solutions I was forced to figure out and resolve the issue myself It s clear they lack the expertise or interest in helping customers The entire process was frustrating and a waste of time If you re considering dealing with this company be prepared for poor communication unhelpful staff and a complete lack of care I ll never use their services again and would strongly advise others to steer clear Deplorable service

Was gifted 50 restaurant choice gift
Was gifted 50 restaurant choice gift card expiry on it states Feb 2025 but it actually expired in October 2024 I initially called to get a hopeful response to email them and ask to escalate to management I emailed to get a generic email back from Sarah stating t c Emailed them back to get the same generic reply back from Sarah I don t think they read the emails they receive Avoid any giftcards that uses them customer service is definitely lacking
