Sell items they do not have

Failure to deliver as promised I ordered a mattress bedframe Instead of getting all delivered I have gotten part of the bedframe No mattress or other part of the bed frame They do not come close to meeting their delivery promises Had to cancel Tied up my money for over a month for nothing Now I have to find a way to dispose of half a bed frame Still have to get a bed Never buy from Emma

No mattress no communication

Have tried to get in contact with the company and nothing No update on order just silence Finally asking for a cancellation and refund of the affirm payment plan because this isn t okay and I m done with he company You guys need to be able to get back with customers in a timely matter especially when promoting all your sales and now it seems scammy behavior Edit realize I forgot to update this got my refund easily It seems that department was quick to respond compared to their other emails at the time Hope they are doing better since then

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service - never available slow to respond and manage orders I had to prod the company to get a shipping tracking number for a mattress after no information had been provided to me the delivery was incredibly late and was missing one of two packages Trying to get a hold of them was nearly impossible I would get a mattress elsewhere so much easier and more reliable

Worst company ever

Worst company ever don t buy from them they run a scam in collaboration with another worst courier company UPS They let you order when they don t have things in stock and then they run their scam as UPS will not deliver mark the package as lost in transit and when you will call for replacement they will actually tell you that it s not in stock and will take forever to be back in stock If you ask for refund they don t honor that either will tell you that they will deduct another 30 percent rather than feeling sorry for their third class service STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I wish I could select zero stars Like many have written it was impossible to get tracking and the mattress arrived late When opened it had a hole in the cover I was told a new one would ship I m still waiting and again tracking isn t available The mattress isn t that great and they won t collect the damaged one so I m responsible for the transportation and donation Would never shop here again or recommend it

We purchased an Emma mattress and we re not happy with it at all It s totally sunken in the middle We ve been trying to return and the process is difficult They want to do a wire transfer which requires banking account info that our bank has concerns about us giving them We asked for a cheque or E-transfer which would be safer but they still want account info Not happy

Non-existent customer support

A bad customer support experience has made we question this company After waiting on hold for 4 hours when I called Emma Canadian Support s phone number I was automatically disconnected without speaking to anyone to assist me with a change to my order I have sent multiple emails to their support email address Emma Sleep s emails contain links that redirect you to a Emma Sleep Columbia support site in Spanish Some of their other links redirect you to Emma Sleep UK I have also tried the chat multiple times and it s frustrating that this this also does not work As a computer consultant this worries me a lot that they do not have their act together when it comes to their technology and their automated replies This does not leave a good taste in my mouth about this purchase or this company I had originally tried to contact support to actually upgrade to a bundle package and pay this company more money Now I m doing everything I can to cancel this order before it is fulfilled I would have to say that I should have checked TrustPilot first before my purchase Lesson learned
