Had the worst experience with Emma Bought a 1400 ottoman bed on Dec 12th Was suppose to be delivered on the 3rd January and long with a mattress from Dunelm The Mattress came on time but the bed from Emma delivery was cancelled No reason why was given For the next 10days ringing Emma again n again Then after they decided to send another bed 10 days later I get a email from the courier that they re going to deliver When it came the slates frame was damaged from the forklift So back on the phone to Emma They said they ll send another slats frame part out but then sent the wrong piece and then again the same thing was repeated again same wrong piece was sent In the end we got to February and I decided to send it all back and get a refund The worst company ever using a very cheap courier too When examining the slats frame I realised that it was made out of very cheap wood For a 1400 bed I would not waste my money Emma might be ok when it comes to mattresses and pillows but if you need a new bed look elsewhere you could probably get and cheaper bed that s well made from somewhere else In the end I got a bed from dunelm for a 1 3 of the price and it came in three days no hassle Just because it s a more expensive price tag doesn t mean it s a better product
