Item unavailable and wasn t notified

Similar to many other reviews Order didn t arrive after 4 weeks of waiting and chasing No updates on delivery unless I called or did live chat was told there was a delay but would receive an update from UPS No updates came Chased again only to be told the item was unavailable and a refund would take 2 weeks Shop elsewhere

Terrible mattress terrible customer service

2nd mattress uplifted due to highly visible sagging at both sides and lump in the middle over a month and STILL fighting for my refund So they have taken the bed and my money Customer service is terrible - same robot response Will be going legal as I see from Facebook i m one of thousands having major issues

Don t buy a mattress from here

Over 2 weeks from delivery although it said 3-5 days and just had an email update after chasing 3 times now been told 6-8 weeks Although they are still displaying 7-10 days delivery on exactly the same Mattress Just taking peoples money with no product to sell Will be doing a charge back unless I get a refund within a week

Chaotic company UK and com

Ordered mattress and paid online delivery date came and went Contacting them then proved difficult ended up contacting com as well as UK No one seemed to know why I hadn t received the mattress This went on for weeks So did the process of getting a refund

a sham of a company - avoid at all costs

I can already see from the existing reviews that Emma is not a reputable company but I will add my own very negative experience to the mix We waited until Black Friday to order some bedding from Emma They never sent a confirmation email It was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company to discuss this The chat bot on their website is completely redundant and there is no email address at which to write to them If you call the help line it is apparently impossible to get a human to actually speak to you Despite several efforts including several messages being read and ignored on their social media channels to enquire about the status of our order we received no clear response Then today an almost full month after the order was placed they ve sent a curt email notifying us that the order has been unilaterally cancelled with a derisory 10 discount code for future orders obviously I will NEVER order from Emma again and instead take my custom to Simba Sleep or one of their other competitors I wish we had ordered from a more competent company If the refund for the cancelled order is not received very soon indeed I will issue a legal claim as I do not trust this company at all Awful experience

Worst company to deal with in the uk

Mattress seemed fine for the first year Then the problems started Foam layers peeling away Voids between the springs and outer edge of the mattress that eventually give way and become a crack down the entire length of the mattress To top things off I have been waiting 21 days for a refund and I still don t have it Doesn t help when their customer service phone line is in the Philippines Avoid this company Emma mattress are an over rated company with thousands of fake reviews Don t fall for them like I did You ve been warned

Everyone posting on here would be better off posting on the Emma sleep uk pages Emma UK actually seem to monitor posts on there to the extent that you will at least receive a computer generated auto response to your complaint apologising for your pain and promising to make it all go away

Shocking

Shocking service have been promised a call back multiple times never received one Emails not answered Ordered a month ago delivery date passed no update on products and no one can tell us what s happening just keep promising to call us back and putting us on hold Feels like a scam Products all still in stock on the website Will be calling credit card company tomorrow to cancel through them as now cannot get hold of anyone from Emma

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever Got delivered the wrong items multiple times got 2x the same part of a bed 2x a mattress where I ordered bed slats Pickups did not come in time These mattresses were in our hallway disturbing our neighbors for far too long Customer support although friendly was not able to address this correctly After asking for refunds to make sure this was all behind me it still took them weeks to resolve the issues Overall I lost a lot of energy on this and as a pregnant women I have been sleeping on the floor for far too long
