Amazing customer service - I ordered my model at about 2 30pm and had an immediate email from their Customer Service Team with a manager appointed to deal with the order I had purchased special delivery which said delivery within 1 to 2 working days When I mentioned I needed it as a present it was escalated and delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order Great to see in this day and age Ian
