I called to check for the availability on a chest freezer I seen online - I spoke with Emma who was very helpful She advised me that currently the item was out of stock but advised she would have a look at some alternatives for me She called me back within 20 minutes and offered me other suitable alternatives I was able to place my order and received the freezer 2 days later - very happy Great customer service and product knowledge Thanks Emma

I ordered a fridge for our office from Empire Supplies but needed it to arrive on a specific date rather than the Next Day delivery automatically offered by the website Abbie was really helpful in making sure that the order was shipped on the correct date and kept us updated throughout to reassure us that the order was on its way Thanks to Abbie for making the process hassle and stress free
