I ve been using Employment Hero since 2016 right from their very beginning and it s been amazing to see how much they ve improved over the years It s clear that they take customer feedback seriously which is why I believe it s so important to keep sharing our experiences After a five-year break in my career I returned to work and needed to transition all employees from the new company I work for to Employment Hero setting everything up from scratch This has been quite a journey as there are many small details that link to one another and it can sometimes cause issues during pay runs I ve contacted Employment Hero A LOT throughout this process My experience with customer service has been varied while some interactions were not very helpful I ve generally had great support I want to give a special shout-out to Holly who was incredibly patient and helpful during yesterday s pay run She assisted me in resolving all my issues which made a significant difference In summary once Employment Hero is properly set up it s a fantastic tool I appreciate the support and improvements made over the years and look forward to continuing to provide feedback
