I tried to purchase some curtains via PayPal today I was unable to do so as it kept coming up with account restricted I emailed the company no telephone number and was told they were in the process of changing their payment methods and said I could purchase the curtains by a direct bank transfer They then gave me their bank details and said once I had paid they would send the curtains by post I obviously have not gone ahead with the transaction as there is no guarantee I will receive the said goods or what bank account I m actually paying in to I have since searched on Companies House and the FCA websites and there is no record of this company The link also comes up as unsecured Until this company can verify itself I would avoid parting with any money

Like others we ordered curtains from this company money taken straight away but no curtains No phone number on their website to contact them always a bad sign Sent an email got the same reply from Sean that everybody else gets Still no curtains Started a charge back claim through our bank and got a refund within 3 days This company is fraudulent and needs reported to the police You would need your head looking at if you were to place an order with them I suspect that even the small amount of positive reviews on here have been fraudulently placed by the company themselves Avoid at all costs

Extremely disappointed in this company
Extremely disappointed in this company I ordered a child s jcb bookcase on 5th June by 21st June I wondered where it was so I e-mailed them I got an e-mail from them the next day and they said they d look into it no apologies It is now August and I have had no further communication So I e-mailed them last Friday asking where my order was and if they couldn t deliver then maybe I could get a refund Still no response today Monday 9th so I have now gone to PayPal to start the process to get my money back

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM
Similar experience to others leaving reviews here this website appears to be a scam I ordered and paid for 2 armchairs in December 2019 The order was for just under 600 It is now October 2020 and I am yet to receive the goods I have attempted multiple contacts with the vendor but they have now gone dark Unfortunately due to the size of the order I am now going to have to enter legal proceedings

Sadly I have a very similar experience to other reviewers Ordered some curtains waited a month and contacted the company to be told they were never in stock and could not be ordered Recieved an email confirming my order was cancelled but still no refund two months later Many calls made only to be told someone from accounts would call me back Never recieved a call from anyone and now they ve stopped answering the phone altogether After reading these reviews I doubt I ll get anywhere with this company and I m going to try a claim through PayPal Needless to say the curtains I ordered are still showing in stock on the website after they told me this was a mistake over two months ago Don t order anything from these clowns

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OR SISTER COMPANIES
If I could have put ZERO stars I would Ordered Marbella Wicker Bistro Garden Set - 2 chairs and table 26 10 20 Took 6 weeks to arrive after a long dispute The table was flat packed and once assembled was fine The 2 pre-assembled and factory wrapped chairs were not - see pictures They were both damaged faulty and should never have passed Quality Control After a further 2 weeks of endless emails I was informed in a very rude abrupt and unprofessional manner to re-package the items at my own expense as the factory wrapping - once removed is rendered unusable return the items at my expense and if there is no further damage - to the already damaged chairs they will issue a refund on receipt Thank fully I purchased through Paypal who are looking in to this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR SISTER COMPANIES CENTURY INTERIOR LTD OR MARBELLA LITE LTD

Stay away no after sales service and don t honour warranty
Bought a kitchen mixer in 2021 was told that it had a 5 year warranty on it The sensor stopped working within a month clicker that changes spray no longer works and the paint in peeling off in multiple places on the tap Got in contact with them and after sending through an email with pictures of the faults and parts not working was told that the warranty only applies to the working of water coming out the mixer and does not cover anything else They don t answer their phone and I have left multiple messages which does not get returned Email also are not answered I would not recommend purchasing anything from them quality is also not great

Awful company - refund not received
Awful company Bought some curtains from them in July 2017 - they lost the package and it took a few weeks to arrive We then returned the curtains as they were a horrible fabric and we have not received a full refund I have sent so many emails phone calls to customer services and they keep saying they will discuss with accounts but I have still not had a full refund and no explanation why not

I ordered a bookcase from them and paid 279 in April 2021 after a plethora of excuses and broken promises i cancelled the order back in November 2021 I received an email confirming the cancellation It is now mid January 2022 and still no refund they are not replying to emails either Avoid this company they just scam

Be fully aware of this company before placing any irder
Ordered an item and paid via PayPal I waisted for 7 days still no delivery of my item Emailed them and within a few hours I received an email from Sean stating he would look into it The following day still no response so I contacted PayPal and put the payment into dispute Within 5 mins of me contacting PayPal I receive an email from this company telling me the payment had failed I contacted PayPal who told me the company had received payment and they would now deal with the company This evening PayPal confirmed a refund had been made back into my account
