Ordered an LED acrylic write on board Took 4 weeks to arrive Poorly packaged and box crushed Broken acrylic board reached out to customer support and they offered me 3 00 dollars for my compensation I paid in the 49 09 dollar range I fought that dollar amount and was then offered 10 00 dollar for compensation They have been so unhelpful I told them I want my full refund and they said they could not do that Will never buy anything from them again Be careful

Impressed by the quality considering the price though the three-week wait for shipping was pretty long The product s material is soft and seems durable enough The additional pillow is a nice bonus If shipping were quicker it would be nearly perfect
