HI Everyone I know there have been a lot of bad reviews for PrivatFloor and I must say I was very worried when I ordered a Louis Ghost Armchair Philippe S because of these reviews but I ordered anyway because of the excellent price well a couple of weeks after ordering the chair I thought I would contact customer service to see how my order was going and that was just because of all the bad reviews I had read well I was pleasantly surprised I received a reply from customer service explaining exactly what was going on with my order and when they expected it to be dispatched Well after the time stated on my order I received my chair in excellent condition and packed so well Well done I was so pleased so I thought a good review was due to them Well done privatefloor and to customer service for the quick and prompt reply x x from a very happy customer x x

Great Fantastic chair delivered in 10 days Perfect condition and great price I read the reviews after ordering a chair from this company and then was worried as there were so many bad reviews However that was not my experience at all They gave me delivery date and tracking number I m very pleased and would use them again

Pleasantly surprised
I read the reviews and I was so worried as it was after I had bought the orange Acapulco table It arrived today and it s lovely it only took 2 weeks and was delivered by parcel force I also emailed them and they got back to me quite quickly I know the reviews are bad but I really can t fault my experience

Cannot recommended them enough for
Cannot recommended them enough for customer service Exceptional in all aspects I accidentally ordered my package to the wrong address and they did all they could so that i could reorder another one express so that i made it to my deadline They saved my life I am an interior designer and had to hand over project to client and i could have never done this without the online support that i receive I will definitely use Private floor for my upcoming projects THANK YOU

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY HAVE STILL NOT DELIVERED MY ORDER AND ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED ITCUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDDICULOUS AND DOESNT EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER SO CANT EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE A TOTAL LET DOWN AND THEY HAVE TAKEN PAYMENTS AND NOT DELIVERED
