Customer service doesn t seem to exist in this company Either you wait forever on the phone forever or you drop a mail through the form to get no response No other ways to contact them If they actually have people they should fire them all because they are clearly not doing anything

Automatic payments were active suddenly
Automatic payments were active suddenly they stopped to take money and break contract even though I paid everything manually other time they billed 300 of my current meter usage That s absolutely normal for them and yeah don t even try to reach their customer support Very bad experience they make 10x profit on produced electricity and pay min taxes Do not recommend them

No energy for over a week
The technicians from Engie came over a week ago to do a routine check of the heating system in our home A few hours after the guy left the whole system stopped working They promised to come again within 2 days they were here they claimed to have fixed the issue but a few hours after they left we found ourselves without heating again Then they promised to change one of the components as seemingly that is the issue We have been waiting ever since with no heating It is a shameful company and a terrible customer service

Banana invoicing processes unsynchronised with the app which led to penalty Step 1 Banana app suggests you to change your monthly payment Step 2 You as normal person believe this banana make the changes and adapt your payment accordingly Step 3 You get a fine for not paying the initial payment because banana invoicing processes and other blahblah Step 4 You ask politely what is this and are being replied arrogantly that you need to pay your invoices properly seriously Stone-age mentality customer service You may invest whatever in your digital capabilities but if your processes and mentality remained in stone-age you will hit a rock sooner or later
