I have been banned from taking a test because their proctoring team detected You received assistance on the test I was sick and didn t check my email so missed 72 hours appellation time Nobody never explained me why they have decided I was assisted on the test I was totally alone during the test And now I am banned from taking any test I can do nothing and the most painful is that I didn t cheat

Avoid this
This is the worst customer service ever arrogant live chat agents and incompetent supervisors I asked for a refund because my camera would shut off whenever I tried to start the test They said I accepted their terms when I purchased the test But it should not be my fault when I cannot take the test because their application is broken waiting on the Norwegian consumer law team to look into my case No wonder why they are so much cheaper than all others

The worst experience ever
I paid for the test twice and the app kept crashing for unknown reasons The customer support team checked my PC and found no issues with it I attempted the test around 9 times and it kept crashing Their customer support team is awful and the entire thing is just a scam Save your money and go with Toefl or some other testing platform Forget about a refund

Duolingo english test is a total fraud
Duolingo english test is a total fraud they ask you to take test under hostile environment and even if you complete the test it is successfully uploaded they would tell you that your test was invalid and they could not certify the test and you need to purchase a new test They support services are worst I have ever experienced Non-cooperative just referring to FAQs and articles and useless videos They don t have answers to queries This is total fraud They are scammers don t trust Duolingo English test rather go for IELTS or other genuine English test

DuoLingo English Test is a scam for the first test
DuoLingo English Test is a scam especially for the first test They refused to certify my initial test due to alleged cheating yet they cannot provide any evidence They record a video so why can t they provide evidence from that video proving I cheated I believe they do this hoping that I ll pay for a second time I do not recommend this test TOEFL or IELTS are always better

SCAM SCAM SCAMStay away from this site - you probably won t get your test so loss of money If I could give Duolingo 0 stars I would do that When my son did his first test the session was interrupted after 45 minutes saying that he lost access to camera og microphone Second time he did the test he got same interruption My son has a new Iphone and has never experienced such issues when using his phone in other contexts so the interruptions were definitely set up by Duolingo Third time my son was accused for interacting with a phone or another device during the test No one would cheat when being videotaped right When I asked to see the video sequence where he s cheating they refused to show it to me This is libel so we will take the next step and report Duolingo to the Authorities It is very simple Duolingo s methods are simply to invent different kinds of methods and excuses for letting people fail hoping they will buy the test again What kind of business model is this How can you let people sit three times working hard to pass the test and then deliberately let them fail It is only psychopaths that try to earn their money in such way You should be ashamed

This is properly the worst testing
This is properly the worst testing software ever failed twice on a review without writing on why I failed and having to request details No review due to programs running and once I ve read all the details they expect you to uninstall a number of apps and turn off virus scan That is completely crazy Never again

The test can t be trusted
Unfortunately the english test that is supposed to be stress-free and so easy cause so much more stress than taking the test through more conventional channels I tried three times upholding all the rules and concentrating on only looking at the screen but three times they decided not to verify me It is deeply disappointing that you do not get a specific feedback on where you go wrong Furthermore after my third try they decided to charge me a credit without giving me a score

The Duolingo test is rubbish
This test is rubbish I had e attempts wasted because it disconnected from my camera one one and it connected to my phone s camera from my mac which has never happened before with any other application Technically rubbish Their policy says that once you tried the test they can give you a refund so If you get the same problems they will take you money for no reason I thought it a good alternative to the IELTS and TOEFL but It s just another bad AI branded product that should have waited until it actually worked to start charging people and wasting their time

This is a complete SCAM
This is a complete SCAM Tried to do the test 4 times In 2 of those the exam abruptly ended saying they lost connection to my camera phone Other 2 times it could not be certified Unfortunately only after I saw the reviews online and it seems to be the normality with this exam Also the support were not helpful and just said I had to purchase another test So yeah complete scam
