Great staff and paramedics terrible executive management and employment practices A company which demands what amounts to endentured servitude from staff and gives nothing but criticism and poor treatment in return

Jack and Paul were absolutely brilliant
Jack and Paul were absolutely brilliant and got our Mum home safely under really difficult circumstances where red tape at the hospital had been blocking other attempts to get her home They were so careful and thoughtful as they helped Mum back to her room at home they agreed to do all this after a 12 hour shift when they could have said no and gone home themselves Thankyou so much from us all

Excellent
We used the ambulance service to move our Mum from South Wales to a care home in Southern England I requested women as Mum was nervous and did not want to be transported by men she is 90 Kim and Anita were excellent understanding Mum s concerns and immediately put her mind at rest Mum said they made the move enjoyable talking all the way which made the time fly by Thank you all for the excellent service from start to finish
