Worst customer service ever

App keep crushing and they have the worst customer service ever I am not gonna use it anymore

I have been using enjoy for a few years

I have been using enjoy for a few years now My Italian driving license has expired and I renewed at the Italian Consulate in London I live in the UK which issues an official paper as renewal something that the poor designed Enjoy app doesn t recognise After several calls and emails with quite a rude and unflexible customer service I have been told that I cannot use the service full stop The explanation is that Enoy is a private company and can decide whose driving licence is acceptable and whose is not I find this totally appalling especially considering that I have been a customer for many years and my documents are fully compliant with the Ministry of Transport s requirements something that clearly Enjoy is not updated with

Worse Experience Ever waiting 7 months deducted 30 euros not possibility to use the service even for one time I end up with deleted account

I opened an account in Enjoy Italia and I made a mistake in one letter of my Fiscal Code O with 0 7 months ago The account was first approved and activated Then after the registration fee of 10 euros was deducted and I was charged 20 extra euro my account got blocked I could not get any service I made a lot of calls in 6-7 months but the customer service was not able to change the letter and the account continued to be blacked After 7 months they just deleted my account without reimbursing the registration fee neither the 20 euro extra I end up waiting 7 months made more than 20 calls to customer service not able to use even one time the service and spent 30 euros

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service I could not sign up with a visa card because it s not a credit card even with a visa with 3D secure The app blocks all the time and the customer service can t do anything over the phone and just send emails to their internal services that never respond It s like dealing with the worst public administration

Yesterday I tried to register but the application didn t work well It gave me errors again and again and after calling the servicio clienti they tried to help me but it won t work there is also no other possibility to send them the docs or verify via video call Bad service Maybe it s a sign that the registration isn t working

I wanted to avail of the service but I can t use it because Enjoy systems do not allow a foreign driver s license if the passport is Italian I was told that I need to convert my license in order to get to use your systems Why should I put myself through that Volevo utilizzare il servizio ma non posso perch non possibile utilizzare una patente straniera con un passaporto italiano Mi stato detto che devo andare alla motorizzazione per farmela convertire Perch dovrei subirmi la burocrazia italiana per tutto questo Con tutti gli italiani che ci sono all estero non mi pare una cosa cos impossibile di avere passaporto e patente di 2 nazionalit diverse mah

Totally useless Their registration software is totally full of bugs headings are wrong scanning doesn t work you load information then there is a System Unavailable error message Telephone support mostly doesn t answer the call or claims to reset the system but nothing happens They have really low reviews for a good reason
