I ordered my Enjoy the wood map - Top notch Customer service

I ordered my Enjoy the wood map it did took slightly longer than I have expected and as I was eager to get the product I was not too happy with that at first When the map finally arrived the wood was of high quality but when I installed the map found a piece of the map had some damages That s when the Enjoy the wood Customer Service Personnel came into the picture They Yuliya and Yuliia were so service oriented and they took care of the issue immediately where they re-sent me a replacement I really appreciated this top notch service and response Also I really liked the 3D version map that I have ordered The color was nice and it fit so perfect in the niche I had designed Overall excellent quality product - a very satisfied customer in the end -

Ordered this as my wife has been asking for ages and I must admit I ve just put it up and it looks absolutely amazing Very easy to do and looks great

Since I love to travel a world map where you can mark the countries you ve visited was a must-have for my new apartment When I discovered the concept from EnjoyTheWood I was really excited I had never seen such a cool wooden design anywhere else before I immediately ordered the map and after a bit of patience it finally arrived Even putting it up on the wall was a great experience At first I thought Oh dear this is going to be super difficult But with the help of the instructions it was actually no problem at all Unfortunately I was missing a small island so I contacted customer service via email They immediately found a solution to my problem The customer service was always friendly and after a short time I received a small package in the mail with the missing island I could easily imagine that I lost the missing piece myself or accidentally placed the island in the discard pile so it probably ended up in the trash Now my world map is complete and I can t stop looking at it The map now beautifies my hallway and every time I have visitors I get enthusiastic feedback I often hear Wow That s really cool I ve never seen anything like this before I couldn t be happier Now I m not only looking forward to my travels but also to coming home when I can proudly place another flag on a newly discovered country nextstopindonesiaTip Around my map I stick a labeled Polaroid picture for each country In the shop you can also buy small wooden frames for photos This adds a nice touch and you have a small memory for each country on the world map Long story short Great concept friendly customer service Thank you guys Keep it up

UPDATE - Replacement arrived worthy of my revised review

After many months I did receive the product They were gracious enough to end a replacement which arrived late in October While this is certainly not the original experience I had hoped for I m confident in saying there was a great deal of effort spent to make this right I thank this team for the honesty and effort to reach out and make things right Placed an order 28 Jun 2024 I have made multiple attempts to contact for a status update The same tracking infromation is provided and yet nothing has updated since 2024-07-02 08 12WOODBRIDGE NJ 07095 Shipping Label Created USPS Awaiting Item - A shipping label has been prepared for your item A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries After reaching out to seller multiple times I am always asked to wait longer I receive multiple emails to review the product a product I NEVER received Website 18-20 days to receive in USA That passed long ago Last communication 6 days ago read Hello Thank you for the letter We understand that waiting can be a bit challenging but we strive to ensure that our customers receive their parcels as promptly as possible We will contact our logistics team with the request for the status of your parcel and get back to you soon Hope for your patience Enjoy your day AlexNothing since Clearly they have no interest in ensuring products are delivered as paid for I cannot recommend this seller

Update We were pleasantly surprised by their amazing service They reached out and refunded the customs fees and provided solutions for the scratches within a day The product is unique and the service amazing Highly recommend Original Review We were excited for this map But we were disappointed by two things 1 The USA Portion of our map came with scratches on it which takes away from how it looks 2 Delivery to Canada includes 50 in custom taxes we had to pay over 100 extra for delivery which does not make this damaged map worth it We should have been made aware of these additional fees with at least an estimate instead of being surprised at the door
