Very disappointed and starting to suspect this site is a scam Uploaded all required documents and then proceeded to get emails about a mandatory for fee training that wasn t advertised on the site Then was told the training had to be live and the hours were all way outside my time zone Now today I got an email saying my application was rejected because my initials had a gap on them - this has been the worst customer UI and UX experience I hope someone from the company actually reads this and responds since I am not getting a reply about this when sending questions directly to the company I have little confidence in using this site with my clients if I can t even get past a simple onboarding without it feeling like hoops and antics Horrible experience
