I am writing this review as I have had
I am writing this review as I have had the worst experience with this company I purchased a battery and it failed within a year The company then agreed to replace it This was 4 months ago and they are now stating that they have no batteries in Australia to replace it However when I called to inquire about having a new battery installed I was advised that this could happen within a week So I ask why am I still waiting on a battery to come from overseas if there are batteries for new customers I feel there is no after sales support or service and have no choice but to complain to the ombudsman and tell anyone looking at using this company of my experience

Enphase Envoy caught fire burnt down my garage FFS AVOID AVOID AVOID
2 years ago had a 20 Enphase microinverter system installed with the Encore gateway located in my garage 2 weeks ago the Encore gateway caught fire destroyed not only my garage and I nearly lost my home but my 2 Tesla cars were also destroyed My insurance company has advised that as the Enphase Encore gateway was at fault electrically not up to standard they won t cover the costs of the fire Enphase just tell me NOT OUR PROBLEM and refuse to address the damage they have caused to my home cars SAVE THE GRIEF AND LOTS OF YOUR MONEY AND AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DON T PUNISH YOURSELF SAVE THE GRIEF AND LOTS OF YOUR MONEY AND AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

the company that put in the system NOT good Strong hold is the name ripping people off is there job The company did well for some time but when I called them for some help I could not understand the SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH and look for a good system and the people that do the work

17 months and it is still not working right
We spent A LOT of money when we installed our solar system They said at the time it was the biggest install they had done to date We have 86 panels and a third of them are not working We have contacted Oncor Enphase the installer and everyone wants to keep passing the buck and not fix the problem

How the HELL do you Replace a Failed IQ8 Microinverter
I Installed a 10 module IQ8 minroinverter m i tracking PV array 6 months ago in the Hebrides Scotland UK Unfortunately one of the inverters failed 5 months later I bought Enphase kit this time because the last time I installed it 15 years ago it was very simple to do and worked very well I requested a replacement m i from Enphase and that all went very smoothly the new one arrived in about 2 weeks However included with the new m i were precisely zero instructions as to what to do next Searching the web generates a vast array of conflicting out of date and plain irrelevant info from Enphase After a great deal of time messing around with the app on my iPhone using the Enphase Toolkit app found the following for the benefit of someone else in the same boat goto the system in question scroll right to the bottom Service section click on Replacement and RMA Service Replace Devices IQ M i Install Replacement and enter the old and new m i serial numbers you did remember to make a note of it before you buried it behind the PV module up on the roof didn t you then you have to email Enphase using the email address on the enclosed form and a couple of days later in my case the new m i started working To say I am frustrated is the understatement of the bloody year I do not think I will be bothering Enphase the next time I install a system unless they pull their flaming finger out and sort out this God-awful mess

At this point they re just lying to me
Had a micro-inverter go out that was under warranty Wrote to customer service who confirmed yes it was still under warranty On April 27th - a month and a half ago - they said they were shipping us a new micro-inverter that week Never received it On May 5th they said they were shipping it that week On May 17th they said they were shipping it that week On May 31st they said they were shipping it that week Never once did they send me a tracking number I have yet to receive anything from them Their inaction is literally costing me money since my panel isn t producing energy Absolutely unacceptable to tell me you re shipping something 4 times and lie about it

Awful Company No customer service
62000 00 dollars spent zero faith in this company hopefully you find this review helpful as I was not able to find much about them As of now they are trying to sell a new load shedding system it doesn t work well I believe they are selling smoke and mirrors I have contacted them and the installation company several times It s always be patient we will get it fixed What I hear when they say that is please quit bothering us we have your money

Don t install Enphaee
It has been 18 months since the install The power system is still not getting credit from SCE It took 14 months to pass inspection and the grid compensation application has been rejected by SCE 3 times The breaker box had to be relocated to pass code Since then very little energy from the cells actually feeds the house power all goes to SCE without compensation It takes a long time to get a response and I don t seem to get the same person twice No one can answer my concern about not getting power to the house Others in the neighborhood had solar installed by other companies after my install They pay nearly nothing for electricity My SCE bills have gone up due to rate changes Don t buy Enphase

EcosolarEnphase panels no customer service
Ecosolar installed the Enphase panels and once you have paid you will never see them again We paid around 13000 euros and when there is a problem nothing Our neighbours are having exactly the same issues They blame it on the grid or the air conditioning but will not come out and look STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
