Moving to Enreach has been a very positive experience that has saved us money Having worked with Maria for many years we were happy to move our phone system to Enreach knowing we could trust her recommendation for the best deal to suit our business

Excellent Service

I switched to Enreach from BT a couple of years ago Their service is incomparably better I have the benefit of dealing regularly with the same people and the overall cost is lower Recently I tried to switch my SIPs from BT lines to a Virgin line Unfortunately the Virgin line proved incompatible with my Avaya system but Gary and Joanna at Enreach made a huge effort to try and make the Virgin line work and then when it became clear that it would not efficiently reinstated a BT connection

Huge shout out to Freddie

Freddie in particular has been nothing short of exceptional in recent months - especially this past week getting us back online following a major server outage and having to completely rebuild our network He always has a proactive genuine approach and tackles everything with a smile and good grace He doesn t leave us halfway through an issue and will always talk us through in simple terms what he s done to resolve the issues and how we manage things going forward In my 7 years working here I haven t dealt with anyone quite as knowledgeable and positive as Freddie He is a huge asset to the Enreach team

The assistance provided was very good and satisfactorily dealt with most of my IT issues However I am still unable to reconnect my mobile telephone to the office internet and as such this issue does remain unresolved I am still looking for this issue to be dealt with

Great service from Enreach Had a major problem on a Sunday Morning no phone lines for the business on a very busy day made one call to them off my mobile and they had someone here within the hour after 30 minutes everything was resolved thank you Dan top service I couldn t be more happier 10 out of 10 Paul

Great initial correspondence

Have recently registered with Enreach for our phone lines and broadband We had a demonstration by Jake Trubridge who was brilliant took the time to explain the systems and made sure everything was set up for us before the demonstration so we could run through everything with him We had one small technical issue which Jake resolved within 30 minutes of reporting it Couldn t fault the service so far when we ve called the office we get a real person answer within minutes rather than our previous experience with other companies of being on hold for 30 minutes plus

After requesting changes to our Zoom licenses and being told you did not deal with us a few times by an administrator causing anger and confusion Joanna Russell took over our case and sorted it out for us The 5 stars relate purely to her not our dealings with yourselves prior to dealing with her
