We have had a very good experience of dealing with Charity Checkout The London Persian Rescue is a small cat rescue charity and we thought long and hard before adding this service to our website but having taken that decision it has been a good addition to our fund raising activities The individuals that we have dealt with have been pleasant patient and helpful and have taken the time to sell the benefits and to help us with the set-up The service has been good it is popular with our donors ensures that our donations largely go through one route donations are easily monitored and it has saved endless trips to the bank with amounts of cash Our charity is pleased that the service has been such a success

Sometimes the smallest mistakes cause the biggest headaches A donation went to the correct charity but not to the correct team raising the funds It was a generous donation so we did not intend to also add a voluntary contribution but did so by mistake In particular Rosie from Enthuse worked tirelessly and with understanding to correct our faults
