por favor tenga en cuenta que digan lo que digan no hay servicio S lo una aplicaci n y precios Cuando reservas un env o el equipo de servicio en l nea no puede decirte nada m s que lo que aparece en el seguimiento del transportista Es in til Utilic envia porque me defraud otro transportista a trav s de Packlink que he utilizado durante a os Un asesor de eniva David se puso en contacto conmigo y me prometi mucho y que se asegurar a de que los precios y la entrega fueran perfectos El gerente de Envia Max Salazar me asegur que Envia es la mejor representada en muchos pa ses y La entrega a trav s de la in til compa a FedEx fall y se retras e incluso el servicio de atenci n al cliente me asegur que iba a ser buena y a tiempo pagu express - fall T como cliente NO recibes ning n servicio - te dejan sin ayuda As que mi mejor consejo es - no utilizar Envia - o utilizarlos o Packlink - pero s lo remem - no hay servicio Las condiciones de pago en las que se paga por adelantado una tarifa por volumen y no la cantidad real para el env o es muy malo y la informaci n que tiene que dar en ser un cliente es extra o y est pido please be aware that whatever they say - there is no service Only an app and prices When you book a shipment - the online service team can not tell you anything more than what is on the carrier tracking Its useless I used envia because i was let down by another carrier through Packlink i have used for years A consultant from eniva David contacted me and promised a lot and would make sure that prices and delivery would be perfect Envia manager Max Salazar insured me that envia is the best represented in many contries and The delivery through the useless company FedEx failed and was delayed and even customer service insured me it was gonna be good and on time i paid express - it failed You as the customer do NOT get any service - you are left with no help So my best advice is - dont use Envia - or use them or Packlink - but just remem - there is not service The payment terms where you pay in front a bulk fee and not the actual amount for the shipping is very bad and information you have to give in to be a customer is strange and stupid

I d give it a zero if I could The service is so bad I first started using it 2 years ago and it worked at first but now they lose your packages all the time don t refund or make it right They also are clueless on how anything works and can t match up a simple Amazon receipt with the packages that arrive at their warehouse Customer service is also useless Nice but absolutely of no help It seems like no one knows or does their job at all They currently have had 2 of my packages there for 2 weeks Last time I bought these expensive earrings and they got stolen on the way to my house in Mexico They did an investigation and said it wasn t their fault and i was out of luck They also steal my credits in my account or will make you pay twice for shipping two products even though they are going to the same house Put them in the same boxes its so simple a 5 year old could figure out what you can t Disgusting terrible company DO NOT USE

Terrible customer service the ticket system asks for images and proof and the dialogue to upload it doesn t work and they close tickets Fake overweight charges and in communication to carrier directly let us know that they haven t filed any charge Envia applied 30kg of over weight charge on 0 2kg package
