I have received excellent service from Envirobuild from ordering through delivery and the quality of the product itself Our main contact Justyna has been so helpful quick to respond to any queries and very pro active in helping to arrange delivery The delivery drivers were really helpful on time and the units were carefully packed We had to order two more decking units and had a surplus of facia units The extras were delivered quickly and the facia units were accepted back into store Quibla another member of the team was also very helpful in arranging the extras etc The finished product looks great and we are really pleased with it I can highly recommend EnviroBuild who were excellent throughout the process

We are planning a large extension with a veranda on two sides We approached Envirobuild because they supply composite decking which is environmentally friendly and durable relative to timber They very kindly and efficiently have sent us samples of the product We have recommended this to our architect and will probably go with their product once planning has been granted and subject to our main contractors approving the product

We ve had an issue with some corner trims Dee at EnviroBuild was fantastic and helped sort the problem with ease First class customer service if only other companies could be this professional and helpful I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

First of all the advise and assistance from Envirobuild is amazing sent all dimensions and images of area and they calculated and confirmed exactly what i would require Delivery quick and the product is amazing and look fantastic already a lot of people have commented how good it looks

I was commissioned to install the Envirobuild composite decking for a customer I ve installed premium decking before and can honestly say the Envirobuild decking is of a very high quality for a very reasonable price I dealt with Amy who could not have been more helpful through the process She was very attentive polite and answered all my queries regarding the product I m looking forward to working with Amy and Envirobuild in the future and have no issue recommending their products for any future clients

Great customer service particularly from Amy Edgaras and the delivery driver All products delivered as expected when scheduled products as in pictures on the website too A few arrived scratched and that was marked down by the delivery driver these things happen but what I thought was fantastic was Edgaras chased up on this offering to get them replaced as it was noticed on the sheet so their aftersales customer care was really noticeable Very happy overall
