Inadequate communication about services

I kindly asked over email to have a conversation in English as my spoken German is not fluent Agent immediately canceled the meeting without writing a single word in any language I understand that service is not provided in languages other than German but at least one sentence to state that upon cancelation would be appropriate In any language
