EO Customer Care team
Whilst we had a technical issue with our charger the customer care team at EO were excellent They identified that the issue was not our fault and reissued a replacement charger promptly The customer care team were easy to work with and very responsive

Great Customer service
I raised a query re QR code faded on my charger and unable to setup new wifi Cat contacted me emailed and posted a new QR code which worked first time The turn around time was super quick especially as my charger is 2 years old Great customer service that would make you want to buy from EO again if needed

Fantastic service
Fantastic service as always Phoned Tuesday by Weds the next day electrician had been and sorted the WiFi connection issue Great company very pleased highly recommend this little ev charger

Faulty Charging Box
Had a problem with my new Charging Box at my home address Called EO and they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently sent a replacement box contacted the electrician to carry out the work Brilliant service which is hard to find these days

EO Mini Pro 3 app glitch fixed quickly
Despite my EO MiniPro 3 working well since it was installed I developed a glitch with my app not giving me real-time data Amy from support updated the configuration online and the issue was resolved within an hour of it being reported Really good service

Great after sales service
Great after sales service place I purchase my Mini pro did not want to know after having issues within a year however after contacting EO all sorted Contact was great and team very quick at sorting a very stressful situation best customer service for a while

My QR code has deteriorated on my EO
My QR code has deteriorated on my EO car charger Unfortunately it now doesn t scan and having changed my WI FI Hub i needed to update my EO App Spoke to Dan at EO he really helped me out by sending a copy on a email I requested a Hard copy for the charger which arrived in the post today Great service thanks Dan
