Very bad charger network
I choose E on as my el supplier after I bought my EV They delayed the delivery of the home charger 8 weeks but I m not actually complaining for this since I thought I could use their pubblic network for charging my car My experience with their pubblic network is more than bad In Billund where I work there should be 4 charging spot in 4 different places none of them is working They have been out of order for the last month literally 30 days with today And there re no other E on charger in a radius of 30ish km so imagine my discomfort They claim they can fix a charging station in 2 days I went throught countless phone calls and mails with E on customer service and I never got the chargers fixed I always had to use the ones from CLEVER instead Furthermore my experience with E on app is also negative it shows as available spot that in fact are taken or even parking place that are closed So you need to try and find out the hard way if you can or cannot charge your car

Terrible services awful personnel
Living almost a decade in this beautiful country I have never experienced such a bad and unhelpful custommer service This company was offering a deal for Tesla Model 3 about 4 months ago and at the time I called to ask about the deal They assured me that it will last until the end of the year I called again in May Same answer I call again two weeks ago There is no deal and it can t be fixed I pledge to write several mails and explain my situation to exaplin how important is for me the deal we had and that I could have made other arrangements if I wasn t promissed to be able to get it all year All I get back is tak for din meget lange mail I call again several times and there is nobody that can help me Finaly my fiance gets in touch with a superiour from eOn and she admits that she can t help at all but she says she will figure it out and will call us back A week later my fiance called her She said she cannot help us but she will try her best and call us Two days ago I call her since she forgets to call us again I ask her if we can speak in english since I am not comfortable speaking danish and using fluent english she strongly argues that she cannot speak with me because she doesn t speak english I am complementing her english skills and she continues to object that she doesn t speak english and I should call the eOn custommer service that actually doesn t exist If you call their service number you have 4 choices None of them is customer service Eventually someone will answer no matter what digit u dial but unfortnately they can t help They can redirect you to custommer service by sending you back in the line Eventually you will be talking to the same person after u waited long enough All you can do is write an e-mail and do the process all over again But don t be let down If you write a huge e-mail all they will answer back to you will be tak for din meget lange mail The truth is they don t give a damn they are unhelpful and extremely rude They abosultely do NOT deserve their customers Other electric charging companies will rise soon with better manners and service A company who demands respect must respect their clients

If i could give a negative score
If i could give a negative score i would Their customer service is a joke Friday i was promised to be contacted on Monday Monday i wrote again Promised Tuesday Now Thursday afternoon stll nothing Every time i call there s an uninformed rude employee giving me hard time 10 times they told me i cannot use my chip card on a clever station They all insisted They said i don t know what I m talking about Then they send me a bill where i have charged my car 50 times on a clever stand So i decided to use fb messenger to contact them It s now 6 days with promises of contacting me for a solution Also many times using easypark app they tried to assume i charged more than the capacity of my battery Got refund twice This company is a joke

All inclusive city is more like nothing inclusive city
If you are thinking of signing up for E ON All Inclusive City for your EV don t do it Here are the reasons 1 All their best AC charging stands at least in Copenhagen are occupied by Green Mobility and Drive Now cars And I mean all the time to the limit that you cannot even find a time to charge your car 2 All of their DC charging stands are always occupied by Taxis There simply isn t any possibility to find a free 50kW charger in Copenhagen at any time and if you happen to get lucky there will be an angry taxi driver 5 minutes after pressuring you to leave the stand asap 3 Their customer service is rude and arrogant If you happen to forget your RFID tag home don t expect to get any help from the customer service They simply don t give a c Also it s not possible to login to the app and use it to unlock the charging stands if you are a customer that is you are welcome to pay full price though 4 Their all inclusive subscription only include 40kWh of Ultra fast charging when Clever includes unlimited amount So i have been wasting 609DKK a month for a service I cannot use but I have now resigned it and going over to Clever

Just TERRIBLE customer service
I have been a customer for 2 years and this is my summary 1- Highway chargers are OFTEN out of order and the people in charge of support give ridiculous advice to find next charger One advised me to drive from Middelfart to Nyborg What 2- Customer service is not just bad it s terrible I mean TERRIBLE They are consistent one or more of the following unresponsive give completely unhelpful support will not connect you to a person- only a receptionist or similar- they patently refuse to connect you to anyone who can actually help 3- They absolutely refuse to pay credits that are earned I ve been waiting months and have contacted them several times- both my email and by phone This company just sucks You might do better with one of their competitors if you are looking to start with an EV Maybe Clever is better Whatever you do do your research before you sign with these incompetent and bordering on criminal turds

Stay away Very big scam They say they have lightning chargers and after charging on ionity they send a different bill with 5 5 kr pe kWh for that charging And no message that it s a separate payment and after 2 months so you will charge as much as possible

They are very unreliable
They are very unreliable so far and I just started to use them Clever what I was using before was more reliable in the last 4 month Today their chargers on 2 different place was really bad 1 On Stoltenbergsgade 1 the app showed there are 3 free station however in front of each station there were a car parked and not hooked on to charge 2 On Gamle Vasbygade 49 when I arrived there were 2 parking however out of the 6 possible station non worked at all

Shockingly bad for a 2021 app
I am joining the choir of unsatisfied users Cannot believe that in 2021 a service provider can be this bad and still continue to exist 8 new E-ON chargers were erected at Esbjerg Brygge They are in use for a while now but it does not show up on the app although I am standing next to it with my loading chip in hand It does not even show up on E-ON s website so I guess there goes the excuse that my phone or app is at faultAnyway I digress I reinstalled the app as instructed by their support now the nearest charger is located om R m which is 44km away Before it was 1 4km away in the centre of Esbjerg All of this while I am standing next to 8 E-ON chargers E-ON erected these 8 chargers at my wife s place of work and sent a promotional link to all employees She took up the offer and received the charging chip with no instruction how to link it to ensure payment or the favorable 2dkk kwh should have smelt a rat To conclude I would like to provide my services as an app developer and support coordinator I have absolutely no expertise in this field but neither has E-ON based the my experience and the other reviews here I think this will be a perfect match

They permanently removed a charger at Kildebjerg Sud on Fyn leaving one charger and a long queue of frustrated el-bil drivers waiting to charge What s the use of picking a company because they have highway chargers if they put 1 charger in Soooo frustrated with them as a company Each experience is worse than the last
