They don t care about the customers it s a nightmare
They don t care about their customer the service always feels like a trap there are many small things can makle you as a customer lose your exersise expense So many detailed rules not mentioning clearly on the site And once you lose your money they just tell you sorry you can t get your money back Plus their customer service is extremely under training they don t even know their own products Sometimes I don t even get the same answer from 2 different customer service agents And they just speak with super sloppy tones just don t know who train the agents Can t believe the whole thing would still exists in the market with this kind of poor product and management I am forced to use it since my work use them It s a nightmare

Useless
Bad buggy interface low number of service providers cannot book things online Why do they have even an app or website when it serves no real purpose Cannot imagine that after Actiway was acquired by Epassi it has become worse rather than better

You can not get your money back
It worked ok before this year Apparently when your gym goes with Epassi you can not register a receipt like before anymore and you have to cancel your autogiro Then in order to cancel autogiro you actually have to go to gym and find someone there but this doesn t work for gyms which have no staff which is Fitness24Seven I asked a representative of Epassi to help me with registering receipt and he said it was impossible to do since my gym is registered with them

Frustrating
I want to use my fiskv rdsbidrag for activities liked to suppliers that comply to the guidance from the tax office but Epassi has restricted this to their list of suppliers who have agreed to their fee structure I can t get reimbursed for the same activity that I have from my previous employer because my new employer uses Epassi The incentive structure is wrong here we can t access quality activities and activities because the suppliers have to agree to Epassi s fee I can t find anything on there I want to book Frustrating and very annoying that they are the gatekeepers I will complaining to my employer in the hope they get rid of Epassi

Avoid epassi as a service provider
Epassi has absolutely no flexibility and no desire to help their customers I am trapped in a limbo because epassi doesn t want to communicate with my service provider It seems like epassi refuses to help their customers in order to increase their own liquidity

Terrible experience
Terrible experience Fake benefit Getting money from epassi takes too much effort to be worth it It is easier to work one hour overtime then filling countless forms and sending PHYSICAL LETTERS WITH RECEIPTS to get back few hundreds crowns

Epassi is the most ridiculous service
Epassi is the most ridiculous service company who fails to provide payments on time to the merchants due to their support and IT failure I do not understand why they deduct service fees They to authenticate my profile thus stopping my payments despite raising several complaints and calls have not received a single solution or callback from their end Frustrated and annoyed Irritated by epassis customer support as they are most laidback and ineffective customer service till date in Sweden

I have had MANY poor experiences with customer service in Sweden but this is by FAR the worst Even before I uploaded my receipts I called Epassi customer service weeks before my last work day to make sure that my new email had been saved to my profile just in case something happened Of course it wasn t done Epassi rep assured me it was She also assured me that as long as I uploaded the receipts before my last day of employment that my reimbursement would be processed Nothing was said about sending in the original receipts at the time After several months of the missing reimbursement I contacted Epassi customer service again and I was told that my claim had been denied because Epassi needed the original receipts I assume the denial mail was sent to my old email address which Epassi confirmed had been changed in May because I never received any such info otherwise Let s set aside for now WHY I was asked to send in ORIGINAL receipts instead of relying on my uploaded receipts because I never received an explanation Epassi asked me to send in the original receipts so that my reimbursement could be processed I have emails to prove it So I put them in the mail Now they are telling me they are lost Fine They then tell me to send in copies of the original receipts I have emails from them to prove it which I have Now they are telling me that the uploaded receipts which they admit to have had all along will do and that the copies are not needed because my case is CLOSED Insane Why are they asking me to send in receipts if the case is closed I find this experience TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I feel like I have done everything I need to do in order to get reimbursed and that Epassi is doing a very creative job of denying me my money ZERO STARS

At least in Finland it s not working
At least in Finland it s not working with foodora nor with Wolt which would be for me 90 of my lunch orders which means that I don t use it
