Had no idea who to choose to get an energy certificate from other than I wanted a local firm so randomly booked this company after a quick Google search Drew arranged an appointment that same day and the energy certificate was instantly available for me after paying on the spot Drew s communication was great - he d later messaged to say he was running late as stuck in traffic but he still managed to get here on time It was the best decision made getting Drew around who was polite and respectful of our home Not only did he give sound energy advice but also recommended an estate agent who I m happy to use I have no hesitation in recommending Drew and he would be my go to if needed again

Fantastic service from EPCS not only were they quick efficient and professional they were also the cheapest That doesn t mean they didn t do a great job and delivery what they do I arranged my appointment with Drew for the day requested he arrived within the time frame booked Drew was friendly professional and knowledgeable and the certificate was sent sent straight away I would highly recommend this company Thank you

Booked online with EPC Direct The next day I got a date and time slot for my appointment Drew was very friendly and polite explained everything he was checking and why Looked at certificates we had for insulation By the time Drew left my certificate was with me and registered on the Gov site Very swift service and good price I Would definitely recommend this company
