Couldn t ask for better
Contacted Neil about my heating not working A few quick messages and photos later the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes He didn t even charge me for his time and advice If only more companies had this ethos I have his number saved and will definitely use and pass on to others in the future

Quality Service
I ve used EPH Services a number of times now their expertise professionalism and quality of work having warranted the call backs Neil has serviced my gas fire and repaired a tank leak as well as diagnosed and rectified radiator issues with ease He is both thorough and tidy in his work and will always be my first and last port of call as there is nothing he cannot master I have no qualms in recommending him for any heating gas or electrical work

Neil came out to visit me and asked me
Neil came out to visit me and asked me to monitor my system and message him with the results so we could go from there I was pleased that he was able to come out so quickly and thought I d maybe found someone actually helpful which is hard these days However after monitoring my system I messaged him 3 times over the space of a week with zero answer from him after this just completely ignored Poor for someone claiming to be reliable

Professional Knowledgable Neat and tidy
About a year ago I volunteered to help a friend take up some tiles and in doing so I found a heating pipe In the floor Water everywhere and panic stations ensued Call made to EPH services and within an hour Neil arrived and quickly carried out the necessary repair works Professional knowledgeable and very neat and tidy Very reasonable rates too

Can only say good things about this
Can only say good things about this company attended when they said they would and found the fault with my boiler very quickly explained what was going wrong I didn t have a clue what he was telling me and had my boiler up and going the same after getting the replacement part
