Just bought a Gaming pc from Epical-Q and they were amazing Great costumer support and very friendly even to those who are starting into the whole gaming scene Until now everything is running smooth Keep the good work

1800 Euros Spent I would Buy again from Epical

The experts at Epical have helped me decide on the PC replacement I need to be able to do what I want to do That is not necessarily playing the very latest PC games I prefer to play games about 3 years behind the cutting edge - much cheaper and much less stressful I feel the Epical Experts have been very honest and open so I dont buy kit that I dont really need The PC I have received is excellent I still have a few problems to sort out but I know I will get great support from the Epical Team The only thing I would make you aware of is that Epical are victims of their own success They have shared with me that their response may be a little slow when they have staff on holiday - like in August when everyone is on holiday That does not change my 5 star rating The staff who were working did a very good job so my purchase deision and the arival of my replacement PC was only delayed by a few days This does create time for contemplation of whether your choice is correct

I m giving 5 stars because of the fantastic customer service I received I just asked about a specific piece of equipment and they quickly sent me several quotes I really value honesty in a company s responses and this one scores a perfect 10

They blew me away

The computer and the entire purchase experience exceeded all my expectations After interacting online with 2 other computer vendors in Spain and not getting far and doing so ever so slowly I was blown away by the customer support at EpicalQ fluent in Spanish and English The speed with which they prepared my computer prices and the quality was far above the rest They were helpful friendly accessible over whatsapp all day long flexible they accepted one of my order upgrades on the last minute and were willing to change anything and everything when it came to technical specs or delivery I also had a chance to interact with their technical remote support It too was speedy in my preferred language effective and exceeded my expectations I usually write brutally honest reviews or balanced ones but I can t recommend EpicalQ strongly enough We need more of this type of computer vendor around here in Spain
