Don t listen to the bad reviews I literally stated my problem emailed them and they emailed me back in a matter of hours and all you have to do is answer at least 8 personal questions they don t have to be precise And I just now got my email working got everything working out for me

I m tired of this game

The customer service is absolutely appalling I have sent multiple emails about a glitch in my epic games account which THEY caused and this awful company keeps sending me a useless troubleshoot page and honestly I m sick of these people I m just glad their game is going down the drain because the customer service rate is unacceptable

Without going into details there was a technical issue revolving around payment I contacted Epic Games Player Customer Support who in response made a decision that I felt strongly objected to So I appealed against that decision and the outcome was that my request was honored after all This shows to me that Epic Games is a rational company who can be reasoned with and more importantly values its customers the gamers Thank you Player Support you know who you are

I bought a DLC for a game and was extremely disappointed I requested a refund even though there was no way for them to determine how many hours I ve spent on it they were generous enough to still provide a refund Thank you Also their free games are great Keep it up and keep on expanding your store

Best DL Servers

I have had nothing but good experiences buying and downloading games from here They are by no means a replacement for Steam but offer many games that Steam does not In addition their Download servers are FAR superior I have gotten speeds in excess of 80 mbps using their servers while I am capped at 30 mbps on Steam Would recommend

I an writing this review about Fortnite I have been playing Fortnite since season 6 So you can t call me a og player The problem with Fortnite is that the old map was so fun No offence but the chapter 2 map sucks The reason that it is bad is because it is so confusing to the og players Even for me When I look at pleasant park it reminds me of the chapter 1 map Please Please Please BRING BACK THE OLD MAP
