I ordered multiple seeds from Epic

I ordered multiple seeds from Epic Gardening to take advantage of the spend over 50 to get free 4 to 6 day shipping 2 weeks went by and nothing arrived and no tracking infowas sent I Reached out to Epic and after a few days they told me that there was an issue with the distribution center I received no update on when my order would arrive I asked for a timeline to receive my seeds or I would need to cancel the order They canceled my order rather than giving me any information on when it would ship All around a bad experience and complete waste of time Do yourself a favor and order from someone else

Dishonest company bad quality control bad customer service

I ordered a lot of seeds online from Epic Gardening in mid-Feb 2025 I ordered enough to get the free shipping When my purchase was complete the payment summary page confirmed free shipping 6-8 business days I recieved an email confirming my order and that I would recieve a tracking number once it s shipped It was nearly the eight business days and I hadn t recieved a tracking number I email their customer service to inquire They replied back that it s 7-12 business days and that also they had been experiencing weather and technical software issues They said it would be shipped by end of that week It wasn t and I still hadn t recieved a tracking number I emailed them again letting them know They replied that they can cancel and refund and provide a 10 off next order if I want Before I could reply I recieved an email that my order was finally shipping out soon I recieved my order almost a month after my purchase When I recieved my order I checked the seeds in each packet One of the items I ordered two packs of and one had a comically low inaccurate amount compared to the other pack Each pack labels how many seeds or how many grams of seeds--I was totally ripped off This company is not honest has bad customer service bad quality control overpriced seeds I do not recommend this company I looked at another person s Trust Pilot review and their order was also delayed with the same excuse mentioning technical issues Consumers beware

Epic fail

Horrible experience Wasted 3 weeks waiting for my order and found out I have to wait 3 more Or maybe longer Who knows when my garden bed will arrive from Australia

Company Lies and Does not Deliver Product

I waited one month for a birdie raised bed to be delivered and delivery time line the company promised On the day of the delivery they cancel the order and now I need to wait an additional two months This company should go out of business

Not the Place you ever Wanna Work for

Worked with them LITERALLY I have NEVER Experienced Racism from a Supervisor till I worked over there I was Yelled from assistant just for asking permission to use the Bathroom Yelled again Cuz I didn t received Training Daily Task instructions so Manager Yelled at me Being Sarcastic since I Worked for over 3 weeks she Haven t had a Clue she or her Assistant NEVER ever Gave me instructions or Train me appropriately Manager Talking Bad about me since she thought I couldn t Understand English which I always Talked with her Whenever I need to ask for Next task or What station to work on the Daily Not a PROFESSIONAL Place to Work Discrimination it s at it Finest over There

Items came in good time and the quality was excellent I would have no concerns ordering from this company again Can t wait to start growing veg in my lovely raised beds

I ve purchased a number of products from Epic Gardening over the past two years Without a doubt the products have been excellent However the documentation about the products how to use them how to get better at gardening is even better Today for the first time I had the occasion to use Epic Garden s customer service Paulyn was fantastic courteous professional and a pleasure to work with I can absolutely recommend using their company

Customer service cheerfully fixed my error

I had a great customer service experience with Epic recently I made an error we had just moved to a new state and I forgot to change my shipping address They followed through with no prodding from me even when FedEx added their own errors They made sure I got everything I was supposed to get and were friendly through it all
