The single worst company on the internet

This is my second review This company is so bad I have written to my MP The Chinese government Google Trading Standards Please bring this company to the attention of your MP

Absolute Rubbish

I bought 4x 5amp batteries for use in my Makita tools I first noticed that the batteries are very light in weight 378 grams - a Makita 5amp battery weighs 670 grams when using the batteries in a Makita multi tool the first battery lasted 5 minutes second lasted 6 minutes etc etc my 4 year old Makita 5 amp battery lasted over 2 hours customer service is extremely poor getting a refund is almost impossible AVOID AT ALL COST You are wasting your money

The same as all the purchasers buying from this company CRAP batteries and service I did receive an email stating that I would have to pay for postage to return their doggy batteries dream on I would suggest that they close the doors and float away on their light weight batteries which are not fit for purpose I have got my money back from NatWest and I thank them for that but this should never have happened

These batteries are complete rubbish 8ah Makita type 18v Battery life less than 15mins I have complained but get no reply Next step Trading Standatds

Batteries arrived on time but this was the only positive The 3 Makita 5 5AH replacement batteries weren t fit for purpose They are half the weight of the genuine one s and lasted around 5 seconds literally in my circular saw I charged fully prior to using and yet my tool stated it was only a third charged I took a chance on this company and obviously now wish i hadn t I ve asked for a refund and they haven t replied to my emails STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Bought 2 5amp batteries one would not charge the other lasts about a minute contacted them they asked for a video of items so sent it had no reply since Contacted them with 7 emails over 2 months but company does not reply Avoid these scammers like the plague

I bought 3 Makita batties from this company they sent the the wrong batteries I ve tried emailing them multiple times but they have completely ignored me failed to respond Pretty bad show Eplus Batteries

Makita 5 5ah batteries absolutely rubbish lasted about 4 weeks Less than half the weight of originals no power from new to run a circular saw or 4 disc cutter now won t even charge stay clear of this company
