Becoming an Equimotional Warrior

This course has been great and dives deeper than I expected into topics I have a counseling degree and it s been a great refresher for theories I learned years ago but also brings in new theories

Absolutely incredible

I am currently on the Equimotional training course The course is excellent with brilliant content and resources Both Charlie and Flick are hugely supportive approachable and creating a real team feeling The work books are fantastically written and presented and I am very excited about qualifying as an Equimotional Couch and part of the Equimotional Army

Being a student of the Equimotional Coaching course terrified me at first but now I feel a part of the group and I m learning a lot from 2 very caring passionate and knowledgeable ladies No question is a silly one encouragement is given freely self-care is recommended when needed patience is shown love is felt and their passion and desire to build an Equimotional Army is incredible All the other students doing the course are also very compassionate and share their knowledge and questions so we can all grow together Thank you for accepting my application to do this course
